Dud I want money back

Paid for lessons that I am unable to access. I thought I could listen while at work on my phone but no. Silly we cannot save what we download and have too scroll through the unorganized lesson section.

Terrible.....!!!

If they want to get more paid subscribers they better come up with an interface that works! Flash cards show null, flash card audio won't download, I've wasted an hour deleting and reloading....clearly a long way to do before their subscription service is worth paying any money for!

Re-download and see improvements

I too had been disappointed as some 'upgrades' actually seemed to limit the original functionality that existed and created a number of issues that others before me have cited in detail. I decided to delete the app and re- download it and it seems that improvements that they had incorporated never were transmitted to my older version despite regularly visiting iTunes and my Chinesepod app registering as fully updated. So now I'm enjoying this 'improved' version. That said to its own detriment it's not organized in a particularly logical way. In order to use the lesson (audio AND text sections) while not online you have to download the lesson from the listening section. Downloading the lesson allows one to access all the vocabulary, dialogue written and audio form etc when offline. Also there's still the issue of filtering and organizing lessons via one's mobile device but I'm grateful that because I re-downloaded it I can once again access all materials while on the go and without the need for a constant data/wifi connection. Hopefully they figure out why iTunes isn't registering an update available when clearly there have been significant changes.
