Communicate with your agent right in the app! Search for homes and discuss all in one place. You can even pull in friends, family or whoever else you're working with as you find your new home. Chat with anyone, whether they're using the app or not, and we'll make sure they get the message. No more dealing with multiple emails and text chains.
Make your search more efficient by hiding homes that don’t fit your needs or price range. Once you hide them, they will never show up on the map search again!

App & website is the best
Both app & website are user friendly
Not a good app!
I don’t even know what to say here this app makes absolutely no sense to me. It is the most non-user-friendly app I have ever put on my phone. Where is the simple magnifying glass to search? Can’t even type in an address? I don’t even understand what this app is supposed to do it is nothing like the MLS online. How this got developed and actually made it to be an app is beyond me. So many things need to be fixed it’s not even worth typing about. I simply won’t use it and would never recommend it to anybody. Sorry but that is the truth.
WA no longer works
This was my favorite app for finding homes and property (ended up buying property because I found first using this app) in WA state, but a few months ago, it stopped working. Tried deleting and reloading, but it still won’t show any homes or properties. The map itself works, and I can try to enter search info, but no results will pop up for WA state. Wish the developers would restore this app to its former glory. Nothing else I’ve tried even comes close.
