Works with multiple instances of Navigon
Love this app, I have multiple Navigon app instances installed for USA/Canada, India and Europe - this app is capable of opening the right instance - address entry for Germany opens the European version of Navigon, an address in Mumbai opens the India version of Navigon and so on. Works perfectly. Great value, makes address entry fast and accurate.
3rd party fix for a serious flaw with Navigon.
With Navigon iPhone, if you search for an address containing a suite, apt. number or unit number, Navigon will erroneously route you to the center of the city instead of your destination. This is so effin' unbelievable. Until I learned this, it create problems. I started avoiding it by *manually* inputting the address to route to, and leaving off the unit/apt/suite number to get the correct routing. Even the "Navigon Links" created in your Addressbook will be erroneous if there's a unit/apt/suite number. I have plenty of gripes about Navigon, and this is a primary one. That it still exists in the updated versions of the software is inexcusable.
This software, Navigon Now, fixes this Navigon problem. . It gives you instant copy/paste from outside sources of addresses (e.g. Addressbook) and automatically fills in the routing address in Navigon when you press "Launch Navigon". MOST importantly, if that copy/paste has a unit number etc, it will allow Navigon to route you correctly. Although your final address apt. number isn't displayed correctly in Navigon, it will take you to the correct place, instead of the city center.
Its so easy to use. Copy the address you want to route from either email, Google Maps, Addressbook etc and then boot Navigon Now. It automatically pastes the address in the copy buffer, then press "Launch Navigon". Navigon launches and you're routed to that address. Simple and clean. A feature that Navigon SHOULD have, but does not. Fixed with a two dollar separate app!
Well..well worth the two bucks if you use Navigon frequently.

This app really is worth $1.99 for me. For addresses not stored in the address book, it's super easy to copy and paste from other apps. Its auto-paste feature works great too. Beats entering the info line by line.
