NetNewsWire for iPad
By NewsGator Technologies, Inc.
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
Description
NetNewsWire is an RSS reader for iPad — you can read news from the millions of weblogs and sites that publish RSS feeds.
Because NetNewsWire syncs with Google Reader (Google account required), if you read an item on your iPad, you don’t have to read it again on your Macintosh or iPhone. It’s automatically marked as read in other apps that also sync with Google Reader (including NetNewsWire for iPhone and Mac and with FeedDemon for Windows).
You can star items or send them to Instapaper to save them for later. You can email articles or post links to Twitter to share with friends.
You can read the web-page version by tapping the title: NetNewsWire includes a web browser in the app.
Going through your articles is easy: just tap the Next Unread button in the upper-right corner.

Customer Reviews
Rarely updated, slow.
This used to be the king of the hill. No more. Looks nice but the rss refreshes take forever.
disappointed
Disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for it. I love Brent's work and have used NNW on the Mac for years. This was one of the first apps I put on my iPad. Unfortunately, this is buggy and feature-poor. There have been very few updates - the most recent was nearly a year ago.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this at all.
Still very buggy.
This app crashes EVERY time I use it. There are not many features but it does mostly what it needs to do. I feel that it was overpriced for what it does. With that being said, the iphone version behaved the same way at launch and did get better. If you can wait, wait for 2 more versions to pass.
