screen navigation problems
Overall, this has been a useful application. I am using it on a fourth generation iPod Touch. There are still problems with screen navigation. The TIA/stroke/ICH page is a dead end. Swiping at the top of the page does not work and the back button at the bottom of of the page is inaccessible. I found by accident that there is a main menu button on the last page of the NIH stroke score. Otherwise, there seems to be no way to get back to the main menu from the TIA/stroke/ICH page. If this bug could be fixed, it would greatly improve the user experience. There does not seem to be a way to contact the developer for technical support.
