Worked Great until the iOS 4.2.1 Update
I had purchased this app (version 1.1) and entered gift information and applied a passcode. Everything worked fine until I updated my iPod Touch's OS to 4.2.1. After the update I could not enter the passcode to access the application (four boxes appeared for the code but keyboard to enter data did not appear). After uninstalling and reinstalling the app I was able to access the app (of course all my data was deleted), but I'm now not able to set a passcode. Same problem - boxes but no keyboard to enter the code.
UPDATE:
Send an email via their website and got a reply within a few hours. Was told to update to 1.1.1 and now the passcode works again. Great customer service!
Will not take password
With the recent upgrade, I can now at least enter a password, but it says my password is not correct!! Buyers beware.
