The Collection, an iPad app from The New York Times, creates a new way for tablet readers to experience The Times's fashion and style coverage. With an elegant, immersive and highly visual user interface, this app is a one-stop destination for all things fashion from across The Times. The Collection builds on exclusive coverage from Styles, T Magazine and The International Herald Tribune and adds slide shows, video and updates from The Times’s fashion blogs. The Collection app is free to download and all content will be free through March 14, 2012. After this date, some content will remain free but only New York Times subscribers will have unlimited access to the app.

Great app, just like the NYT app
If you have the NYT app, the interface is exactly the same. Very comfortable. The content is recent, relevant, and interesting, even though I thing some of the writers are smoking crack. In other words, exactly like NYT. :) For anyone interested in the world of fashion, this is a must have app; competitors like vogue just don't compare.
One star off because it doesn't go in the newsstand, like subscription apps should. It works fine for the regular news app, so I have no idea what they screwed up.

Love this free app. Its one of the first I check when I settle down each evening. My favorite articles are the on the street features, how cool to see how real women dress from around the globe. Also like the product and accessory features.
Like a magazine
This is just like a magazine, but a little slow on my iPad.
