OnTask is a client application that communicates with an OnTask web account. Data entered on the iPhone is sent to your project website where it is shared with other OnTask users in your company. Project supervisors can use OnTask to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously.
OnTask simplifies budget management by accurately tracking projects, workers, tasks, and units by using data collected directly from project members. A team's timesheet information (including project, task, and division data) can be entered by a supervisor along with daily notes and task percent complete. This information can then be compared to project budgets to determine if individual tasks are ahead or behind schedule. Team member timesheet information can be exported to accounting software to create accurate payrolls and eliminate overbilling.
OnTask provides a number of reports to quickly drill down to the critical information you need to determine a project’s status. Time sheet reports can be filtered and viewed by date range, worker, supervisor, project or task. Project reports provide a simple way to compare budgeted hours to actual hours by task and trade and detect cost overruns before they occur.

This app is a joke
This is the worse app I have ever purchased. I paid $4.99 and when I downloaded it it said that I have the free trial version, that I have 182 days left of the free trial. This app won't let me add more than two employes for the time sheets. I tried contacting customer support and left them and email 1 week ago and still no responce. This app is a joke!!! Don't buy it!!! I want my money back but we all know that's not gonna happen.
