Saves time makes house hunting easy
App made my compiling my list of open houses quick and painless. Saved me tons of time trying to find them the old fashion way. Searches were very fast. Would be nice to see more filter options.
Great Feature
I love the way the listings pop up on the map/GPS feature of the i-phone!
Very well designed app
In sum, we think this is a very well designed application. The ease of use is probably the greatest strength of the program – navigation through the features is quite simple, the information is generally accurate, and the “real-world” uses are practical. The auto-locator feature is a nice touch and we felt the “refine search” function was more robust and better designed (both aesthetically and operationally) than its counterpart in the standard HomeFinder app. The map is well organized, and the mini “previews” of the properties that are displayed when clicking on the pushpins were well received. All-in-all, we think this is a helpful application, especially for buyers and/or agents in the midst of a search without instant access to a computer.
