Paper People Jokes has been animating viewers' jokes for over two years now. Brilliant!!
Great app! The developer has expanded the format to include what they call "Paper Cuts", which covers the hilariously horrible jokes that are submitted. To top it off they now do "Super Anime Jokes", which uses great callbacks to Anime cliches within the animation.
