Filter bugs fixed - almost
I use PayPal debit card a _lot_, so this is a good app to have. It has improved a lot. The security update in 3.0.1, for example, shows that they listened to user feedbacks. Serious (and mind-boggling) bugs in filters that I have complained about since 2.x are finally fixed in 3.4. Good job! (But don't call this "improved filtering." Oh, please!) Their recent fiddling with home page is generally for the better, too. PayPal Local could be a beneficial feature if they manage to improve the meagre number of partners.
Now to a really dumb design: You can't see bank name or alias when using "Add fund" feature. All you see is "Bank ... (last 4 digits of account #)." Raise your hand if you like to memorise numbers and mentally map to bank accounts? No one? Case rested. (Besides, the last 4 digits are not even unique.) And another mind-boggling problem: If your filter returns 0 item, it takes forever to return!
Check capture, which is another function that has been lacking for PayPal account holders, is a good addition. But 7-bizday clearance strips away all its usefulness, when it is slower than transferring from a bank account. Hope they are justing tinkering and will make fund available same day.
There remains one security concern: account balance is still visible even after auto logout if the last screen used had balance. One more problem: Push notification on purchase never works on debit card. I set it to "every purchase" and I make many. But notification I have received none.

Sure would like to be able to see contact info for buyer or seller and tracking information per each transaction. The more information duplicated from the browser the better.
