Description
Fool your friends into thinking that you have access to Top Secret government databases and spy satellites with this app. You'll have them thinking you can track their location anywhere on the planet with your iPhone 3G or 3GS!
Here's how to do it:
1. Make sure that your friend's name, address, phone number and picture are updated in your address book. The app will work without all of this, but it makes the gag much better if you have it.
2. Tell your friend that because of the Patriot Act, the government has amassed information on everyone and can even track them wherever they are. You also happen to have access to a portal to harness these new government powers (you are a secret agent or hacker, whatever you want to make up).
3. Start up the app and enter your password (customizable in iPhone Settings) and confirm your identification with the voice authentication.
4. Enter either their name or phone number and hit Submit.
5. If the information is in the your addressbook, all their information will be displayed automatically. If it isn't, the app will still display what you've entered.
6. Hit the Locate button and watch as the satellite feed comes up and through a complex animation shows their current location (which is the same as yours). The closest address of where you are will also be displayed.
TIPS: If your friend is skeptical, offer to find Barack Obama or Osama Bin Laden with the app. If they want to find someone else who you know is not where you are, tell them that you've shown them too much already and/or don't want to get in trouble for overusing the spy satellites.
BONUS: You can set the app so that any new phone numbers entered are saved into your addressbook (go to your iPhone Settings). Great for getting digits at parties!
WARNING: This app will only work on the GPS-enabled iPhone 3G or 3GS. Wifi or internet access is needed to get map data. This app will NOT actually track people or cell-phones. It is for entertainment purposes only.

Doubt this will fool anyone
The tracking screen looks as fake as they come. It starts by showing static like an old TV would. Static??? Really??? Nobody has ever seen static show up on their phone. It's probably a good buy if your friends are under 8.
