Note: Photogene can edit any RAW file that was imported using the camera connection kit. Even RAW files at very high resolutions. However, the edited photo is always saved back as JPEG at a maximum resolution of 2048x2048 (as a new copy, the original photo is preserved).

Photoshop for iPad
Just got my iPad 3G today and as a professional photographer I added about 8000 photos to the library. I've been using Photoshop since 1992 and today I shelled out $899 for the Adobe CS5 master collection upgrade.
I can't believe the quality and speed of this software for $3.99... Comparable Mac software would cost at least $29 or more.
I haven't been able to test it with really big files yet but I'm sure it will perform well.
I'm recommending it to all my photographer friends... This is a must app.
Like Photoshop for your iPad
This is the first review I've ever written. This app just wow'd me that much. I was looking for an app that would allow me to "touch-up" my photos and this goes way beyond. Crop, saturation, exposure, levels, color pickers, stock macro setting, framing. It's awesome!
This Does it ALL !!!
This app is a must for anyone with the iPad. It easily and seamlessly links your imported photo's to this app and allows straightforward changes to be made that would rival top products options. This is not a replacement for the CS's, Aperture, or Nikon but it handles the major changes you'd want to make on the go. For those using iPad as a travel companion away from home it is a must - plug your camera in, upload the photo's then adjust and even comic them up with the options and send them off in a variety of ways thru email, facebook (linked), etc. I'm totally satisfied with this app. You will be too.
