ANSWERS TO USER QUESTIONS

One user wants to know why, in order to Save & Share a PhotoVoice, the app needs to upload something online. (It's very fast, but the user wants to know why it's necessary.)

Answer:

To enable you to share a file on Facebook or Twitter or via text, we privately host a page for your PhotoVoice.

When someone clicks on the link on Facebook or Twitter or in a text message, they automatically are taken to that private page to view your PhotoVoice file.

WIthout creating that private download page for you, the only way you could share your PhotoVoice with others would be via email.

Rather than create confusing, multiple options for users, we have streamlined the process into a single "Save & Share" button.
