Features:
1. Nearby Schools with API scores, student/teacher ratio their contact info and more.
2. Explore your future neighborhood with "Walk Score". You can even see the street view before you make a trip for viewing home. You can also find if home is east/west/north/south facing.
3. Official MLS data. Only Realtors(R) are authorized to bring you this data. Select a Realtor id to bring this most updated database on your iPhone. Realtor selection is for app branding purpose ONLY.
4. We are committed to providing you a user friendly app with absolute data accuracy at blazing fast speed.
User Help:
Search what you want to.... Use Search homes to browse all the listing available in a zip code or refine your search using “My Criteria”.
View what you like.... See all the results in the “easy on eyes” list view. Expand to details by tapping on a property. Browse through every bit of information provided from MLS. Use Neighborhood tab to see location and nearby school scores.
Save what you love…. Add a property to your list of favorite, add your personal notes, questions to the agent or comment for your friends and family. Refer to the notes later or share with friends and family using “Sent to Friend” feature. View favorites in a list or in an interactive map view. Send entire list of favorites along with notes to agent from Favorite page.
Share if you feel like…. Use “Email app” to send the app along with activation code to your friends and family.
Save the earth….Go paperless, no printing when you go for viewing, your app is your list, notes and the map. You are finding a home; let’s make sure we save a tree or two that may be home to many living beings.
