PostWarden keeps the posts from all of your Tumblr blogs archived safely in your computer. It lets you quickly browse through your posts and write drafts even without an internet connection. It also lets you manage your existing drafts and posts right from the app.
What it does:
- It archives all your posts so you can access them at all times.
- It supports offline drafts so you can post them later to any of your blogs.
- It lets you view, edit and delete your posts.
- It provides quick posting from the menu bar icon.
- It supports multiple accounts and blogs.

What it doesn't do:
- It currently doesn't work with photo-sets nor answers.
- It currently doesn't save a local copy of videos nor mp3 files.
- It doesn't work with private blogs nor private posts.
For the tech-savvy:
Archived posts are stored in plaintext files in YAML format. Creating a script which does something handy with the posts should be fairly easy.
Please note: A (free) Tumblr account is required to use this app.
