What a fantastic app. It is official! I no longer need my laptop for much of anything but to charge my IPad!
Great app and even better customer service!
In this day of automation, it's nice to know there's a human on the other side ready to help resolve one's problems. I love this app because it makes printing so easy from my iPad, but the other day it just stopped working. I emailed them to explain my problem and in less than an hour they returned my email asking me for a bit more info so they could help me fix the problem. They resolved my problem quickly and I'm back up and running!

While I haven't used it extensively as of yet, I did get it up and running and printing quickly. It printed the document ok but the print quality seemed to be below par so I sent off a message to the developer and got a detailed email (from Jennifer) about how to correct the problem. I followed the instructions and it began printing beautifully. The moral of the story is not only does the app work but if you encounter an issue EuroSmartz is there to help you solve it.
