STORY OVERVIEW

Overall really good
No problems on my computer. The graphics and scene sets are unbelievably good. Loved shooting up the bad guys, but the storyline seemed weak. Just one goose chase after another, but some really cool chases.
Great Shooter even for the Old Guy
I am an old guy and can't say that I am a real gamer. But I have always liked the First Person Shooter.
I don't like game with a lot of story or puzzles to solve.
RAGE has all of this but is done very well. So well that it is quite engaging. I couldn't stop playing it. It looks great on my 2009 Mac Pro running 10.7.3 Lion with Radeon 4870 card.
I guess they aren't puzzles but tasks to earn money to get weapons, which I don't usually like to do but these were very much fun. Not easy but not difficult to do.
I Highly recommend this game. Even for old guys.
Great game!
Running this on a 17" 2009 Macbook Pro. Beautiful game, runs smooth. CHECK and MAKE SURE your settings are set correctly for your graphics cards when running this game. I had my MBP set to "Better battery life" (under System Preferences > Energy Saver) and the game lagged somewhat. Once I changed to "Higher performance" Rage ran unbelievably better; no "pop ups" or slow rendering. Definitely recommend this for anyone into FPS'ers. If you are "tech savvy", gfxCardStatus is a great app to switch between independent and dual mode for your graphics cards.
