Must have app
I wanted an app that would store key files on my iPad2 from my desktop. When this app is installed along with SugarSync you can target any folder on your desktop for sync'ing through SugarSync and then in the iPad2 Readdle, you can sync to that folder using the embedded SugarSync access in Readdle - and then the folder will appear on the first page of the Documents list in Readdle. Repeat with all folders of interest. Sync'ing to a folder will also bring all sub-folders along and, of course, the files in those folders. Now they are all stored locally on your iPad2 without the need for an internet or 3g connection. You can periodically sync all folders so set up with one touch to the Sync button on the first page of the Documents screen in the iPad2. Now whenever I update a file in a folder on my desktop, I can sync it to the iPad2 and have it available off-line. This is great!
None of the above sync'ing changes your folder structure on your desktop - no special naming of the folders, just point SugarSync to the folders you want sync'ed. Readdle has an excellent pdf reader and I use it for reading equipment manuals on my boat, no more searching through lockers for that manual you need, just tap the iPad2 Readdle app and your manual is there!

I can't imagine using my iPad for work without using this app. The iPhone app is great, but the ipad app is sooooo much more enterprise/business friendly!
