The SERVPRO Ready Plan is a tool for property managers, risk managers and owners, both residential and commercial. It allows the user to create an emergency ready profile of their facility containing critical information to help speed up response time after fire or water damage. Help is then just a few clicks away. The application stores property details, utility shut off locations, key contacts, damage photos, local weather and more.

Repair of water damage
I just wanted you to know what a great asset Jose is to your company! We live in a condo community and the unit above us had a water leak which came through the walls and damaged the floor. You sent Jose and Sam initially and then Jose made all the following visits. Needless to say we were panic stricken! Jose was calm and explained the process to us. He answered all our questions and was always polite and knowledgeable.

With the ERP plan I don't have to worry about anything that happens while I'm away! The plan is tailored to your business with pictures, physical shut off tags making it easy for everyone to find in a hurry! Now with this app anyone can pull up these locations, see the picture and know exactly what to do, without any training! Even if I'm away, I know all the things vital during an emergency are right at my finger tips, making it easy to walk others through the process in the event they don't have time to get on the app. I can explain step by step and in detail with the pictures and descriptions!
I highly recommend for any business! It was free too!
