Best Commercial Real Estate App
I may be biased, but I really think this is the best free app for commercial real estate professionals. Search for both for sale & for lease properties any where in the country. Plus, use augmented reality to see what is available nearby!
Waste of time...
Barely functions without crashing or constantly relocating me back to North Carolina. (I'm in California, and all other location based apps are working fine and accurate.) When it does kind of work, the listings it shows are ANCIENT... Most not even on the market anymore. Other apps and sites no longer display the properties in question, so they can't claim it is faulty listing info since everyone else has it right. I normally wouldn't write such a review, but the one review it does have truly IS biased... Very much so. Decent potential, but needs a lot more work...
