My favorite breathing app! Simple & easy to use

I’ve been using this apps for several years and it has helped me through a few anxiety attacks and sleepless nights/early mornings. Not only does in help when I really need it but it’s great when I just want to take a few minutes to recharge during the day. Easy to use, simple to adjust settings, and pretty backgrounds/sounds. Great breathing app!

Life saver - literally 5 min session calms me

This calming app is the most helpful anxiety app I’ve tried. Forcing myself to do a 5 min breathing exercise calms me down when I feel overwhelmed, anxious or stressed.

Breathing Portion is Great!

I enjoy the breathing portion and that you can adjust to different levels as you get better. As someone else mentioned, I don’t care for the meditation portion and the voice. Nothing in particular about her voice. Just doesn’t work for me.
