Waste of time and money!
This tour starts with the WRONG directions! It sends you left when you need to go right, which cost me 45 minutes of precious vacation time and plenty of shoe leather. It also uses vague terms to describe where you're going instead of the actual gallery numbers and skips some major masterpieces. If you really want to take this tour use the book instead - from the library, for free.
A little disappointing and a little short
Museums change regularly, so I'll forgive the outdated information. The thing that disappointed me was that this app was touted as "the best of the louvre". It only covers a small fraction of a single wing of the museum (out of three). Unless the Louvre packed all their good art into one wing, that rings false. It would seem that this app is just a $5 teaser for Rick Steve's book about Paris. Bummer.
On the other hand, the info that is available and accurate os entertaining and informative! I just wish it wasn't so short and outdated.
Old Info
A guide with old--- back to 05 info. Very disappointing. Map has wrong room number for the Venus de Milo.
Hand drawn maps--poor. You get what you pay for! (This is a 2011 review) ps agree with art lovers review- directions are Wrong! They are back to 2009-whole tour is a waste of time!
