Love it!
Not only do I sleep better and feel better because of all the quality sleep, but the meditations are fabulous. When I need a little pick up I use the energy meditation. When I need to chill-out I'm all about the relaxation meditation. This is my favourite app hands down.

I must say, all of the 5 star review come about, because this is amazing software. You can combine different layers of studio quality tracks to create the sound you are looking for. Don't forget that the binaural beats are the real deal -- with special pattern cycles for areas from learning to deep sleep. Yes!
LOVE LOVE LOVE
As an educator, who is also tackling post-grad work, I love this app. I stumbled across it this week while studying. It decreased my stress and tension. I have recommended it to all my nursing students. Simple and easy to use, but very functional.
