“Speech with Milo: Prepositions” is centered on the same adorable and energetic mouse that you were introduced to in “Speech with Milo: Verbs”. Milo demonstrates 23 location words such as “inside,” “above,” and “behind.” The animated Milo will quickly win your child over so you can work on basic location concepts. Flash cards are typically used for this type of exercise, but the animation that comes with Milo will keep any child focused and attentive. And most important- it is fun!

Customer Reviews
Ok
I bought this app to use in speech language therapy sessions. I think it can be confusing for my students because Milo doesn't stay in the position long enough for me to model and have the child say where he is. By the time I ask, " Where is Milo?" he has moved back to his original position. Because of this I don't find it useful for therapy sessions. I also don't like that Milo frowns until you touch him.
My favorite of the Milo apps
Basic concepts are so hard to work on with students. I have many flash cards that I've tried to use with students, but it's hard to teach so many concepts (such as across, around, behind, ...) without being able to see the object or picture move. Yes, I work with real objects when teaching prepositions, but for reviewing and quick data, this app is wonderful. I would highly recommend it!
Parent/Special needs teacher
We were recommended the speech with milo apps by our speech therapist for our 2 year old son. He loves them! They are helping him talk so much more and learn new words. I am a teacher also so I recommended them to the SLPs in our district. Great app!I
