Spelling Made Simple has been a Windows-based program for 7 years. Now this app has brought the popular application to the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad (And soon to be Mac). The lite version of this app comes with lists for grade one through grade eight. It has the ability to download audio from the Spelling Made Simple server and you are able to test those lists. You are also able to connect to the Windows version of Spelling Made Simple and transfer your custom lists from there. Each area of the app has its own YouTube help video that can be watched by tapping the “?”.
The professional version of this app is able to do the same as the lite version, but also includes the ability of creating, modifying, and deleting lists. More features will be added and updates will be free.

Settings so that the word can be shown or not be shown during the test. The word currently flashes for a short time and disappears before you enter it.

Best Out There!!!
Love this spelling program! I have used the windows version for a couple years and it is the best out there. Looking forward to the up grades on this app so it will have the same options as the windows version. I read they are coming! Hope it will have the ability to keep track of more then one player like the windows version. Thanks for such a wonderful program - keep up the good work! Can't wait for the upgrades!
No sound
I can see the potential here, but the app has no sound and the support is pretty lousy as its impossible to figure out how to get this to work.
