Description
A simple talking Calculator for the visually impaired or anyone whose eyes are not what they were.
Ideal for children who are learning mathematics. It reads the number as each button is pressed, and then reads back whole equation once equals is pressed.
When equals is pressed the total grows, and once the screen or another button is pressed it shrinks back.
Numbers are read correctly, that is 38000 would be read as Thirty Eight Thousand.
If you enter 200 + 200000, and press equals it will be read as "Two Hundred plus Two Hundred Thousand equals Two Hundred Thousand, Two Hundred".
Calculation Style:
20 + 20 / 22 x 22 + 22 + 99 + 10 - 22.95

I realize this is free (and I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth to check his teeth), but I haven't bought the for sale app, because the free version doesn't work well. The main problem is that the number touch sensing is so slow that it lags behind even slow finger input, and the app voice repeatedly says the computer equivalent of "Oops, I missed that one". I own a 15 year old physical talking calculator from Radio Shack, so I know that good fast technology is possible (and the voice can be easy to understand). I guess it's time to dig out the old RS calculator, if I want to hear my number input.
