Version 2.2.4

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

2.2 version is here and contains a bunch of new features.

We heard your feedback, and Storyo 2.2 brings new themes, Google Photos integration, and more editing options.
We also fixed bugs and improved the loading speed and automatic selection.

We hope that Storyo helps you share video memories of the best moments of your life.

New:
+ Two new styles to choose from: "Book" and "Takes" are the brand new styles available to create unforgettable memories. Both styles require iOS11 and "Takes" is only available to iPhone 6s or newer models users.
+ Google Photos integration: You can now connect your Google Photos account to add your backed up photos to Storyo.
+ Edit options: Now you can add Title slides to better tell your story. We have also added fine-tuning tools that help you reposition photos and easily add more photos to your story. Facebook and Shutterstock resources are now easier to add.

Headache saving app

I don't normally write reviews for apps, but I absolutely love this app. I needed a great way to make more polished looking slideshow type videos in an automated manner and it did just that for me. I do wish it had more features and more templates and more control over how photos are cropped so that they can be resized more than the options they have now. But overall those things aren't enough to stop me from using the app. I do wish they offered a paid app or something where I could remove the logo and that they added way more templates. If they added those, I think they'd be hard to beat in the App Store.

Great idea, but has hang ups.

I really really love the idea of this app. It's been executed well and it is very easy to make great looking videos.

However, it's not very flexible in what it can import. You can't import videos, you can't import pictures taken in landscape mode, and you can't change the frame of photos you import (meaning some photos will be clipped).

But overall, great app. But please, expand what you can import. Especially landscape photos.

Crashes ... can’t make any stories

I created one story, which was cool, but the app now repeatedly crashes when trying to create a new one. iPhone XS.
