Works great, super informative
As fantastic an app as everyone says; well worth the price. I initially held off on buying it because some of the reviews below said that version 1.2.1 crashed on launch. I asked the developers about it and they wrote back saying that the bug has been fixed, but if you bought the app before the fix, you have to delete and reinstall the app for it to work. I got it, and everything was fine!
I love the video introductions to sights, bars, and shops, and the "walk-to" videos are especially helpful in a labyrinthine city such as Tokyo.
Whereas other guide apps feel like they cram a short version of Lonely Planet into a small screen, this one really takes advantage of the iPhone platform from the ground up.
