Great tool
This is the best real estate tool I've ever used without exception. Great for anyone to use to find the house just for you and your family. I do wish that the homes I'm following would display in a different color when I'm viewing an area. My wife and I both really love this app and I've told all my Navy/military friends about it.

We are currently looking for real estate in a new area. After using Trulia's iPad app, I hope that I never have to house hunt without it.
Set your search criteria and bring up the area you are interested in on the map. Instantly, every listing that meets your criteria pops up on the map with thumbnails and a summary appearing along the right edge of the screen. Tap a thumbnail to view the full listing and large photos. Quickly and easily change search criteria and save your searches for later use.
Coolest use of this app: with GPS enabled you can drive around a neighborhood and instantly see what is for sale and at what listing price.
This app is a true game changer for the real estate market!
