Bugs in the new version
With the new version every time I try to post the application closes. Please fix it.
Needs work
I love TweetDeck on my desktop, but this iPad app is not functional. It crashes whenever I try to edit my columns, whenever I try to add accounts, and also at random times. It has potential, but it needs some serious work.
Good start, some things missing
I really like TweetDeck on my MacBook Pro and iMac at work. It works great and I can see multiple columns with ease. So, I expected the same for the iPad version. Unfortunately, this is not the case a while the layout is familiar to desktop users, there are pieces missing that should be available. First, there is no option to add a Facebook account. This is one of the main reasons I like TweetDeck. If you can only use it for Twitter, then it should at least shine. This brings me to my second problem. It consistently crashes when viewing web links in the built-in browser. When given a link, I have taken to immediately viewing it in Safari. This defeats the purpose of keeping users in the app when they will eventually read the web page somewhere else.
If these things are addressed, I have no doubt TweetDeck will become the go to application on my iPad that it is on my MBPro. Until then, I will look for alternatives.
