Walkie is the perfect on the go messenger for your iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. It helps you to type and walk without crashing into other people or objects on the road.
Walkie uses the front camera to display obstacles in front of you. So you can always keep an eye on the road.
Through two different text formats, Walkie offers an easy way to read the text on any background. Setup both formats as you like and change quickly between them while you type and walk.
By using your LED flashlight (if your device has one), the “Night Mode” even enlightens your road.

Pointless
It works for typing a block of text but is defeated in practicality because you open the messaging program to send the text after typing it, defeating using this program for sending and such
Amazing!!
I am a nuclear engineer, and I'm so glad that I can use this app whenever I have the urge to write something down, but I'm supposed to be fusing atomic nuclei and maintaining reactors! I'm using it right now to write this review, in fact! My only complaint is that it has yet to be adapted to texting, so I still can't see when I'm sexting my wife at work.
Anyway, great app! Keep up the good work!

It's awesome to be walking around and not bumping into people... until you have to send the message, then you have to stop because you then move to the messaging part.
If you were to interface it with the keyboard where you can see it while texting then this will become a 5 Star app.
