I cant sighn in
I don't have a user name so how do I get one

I have a subscription and this app won't let me sign in. I've typed in my login info several times now (case sensitive) and it keeps saying username/password incorrect. However I went onto the website and typed the very same username/password combo and voila- it works. Major fail.
Can't use!
As requested, I try to log-in to the app using my log-in for the website, but over and over again, it says my username and password are incorrect, even though I can log on to the website flawlessly. It seems as though this is a recurring theme, so don't download this app or buy a subscription with the assumption you'll be able to use this app.
