Scam?
This app appears on loading to be a scam. So much for Apple's vaunted quality controls in the App Store. When downloaded and "run", this problem opens a single image with a fixed picture of a guitar tuner. It does nothing. It has no variables. It does not react to sound with either an internal or external mic. The right thing to do would be for Apple to remove this as quickly as possible or, if it is not a scam, for the developer to realize they've posted a non-functional app and to update it as soon as possible with the functioning version.

it kind of works
I think the problem is that it is way to accurate. The needle jumps around so much, you can't really see what is going on. Save your money.
