Excellent advice and great content
The advice in the book is amazing, I would highly recommend reading it. This app complements the book and is filled with fantastic content of various exercises and training programmes you can do at home, at the office, or while traveling. I love how each exercise is categorized according to push, pull, leg, core, full body. Pictures are high quality and explanations for each exercise and variation are easy to understand. Starting the entry level training programme and can't wait! Highly recommended to all and just goes to show that you don't need a gym to get the body of your dreams.
Not worth it
Nothing new or innovative. Not user friendly app. Save your money
Well designed workout app
I really like this app a lot. I have a regular routine of weightlifting, bike riding and rock climbing, but I like to use this app just to give me a different type of workout. I love the fact that I can design my own work out both by what style of work out I want and which exercises I want to include. It works great to run this to my TV using Apple TV and play music from my music library through my surround sound system while I'm running this workout.
