Pretty good app
I like Zip Realty's web site and I was happy to find a mobile app available too (makes it easier to look while driving around our desired neighborhoods). The reason I don't give it five stars is a persistent problem with listings appearing in the wrong town because two or more towns have the same street names and property numbers and because the app sometimes doesn't display properties on the search map that do appear in the web version.
