About Brady Toops

An American CCM singer/songwriter who specializes in folk-inflected worship music, Brady Toops was raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota alongside his triplet siblings. A talented baseball player, Toops was selected in the Major League Baseball draft of 2004 and spent three years in the minors before deciding to shift his focus to music. He released his debut single, "Can't Stop Lovin'," independently in 2010, followed by two more singles, "A Little Love" and "Lord Have Mercy," in 2011 and 2012, respectively. In 2013 he issued his eponymous debut studio LP via Underspoken Records. After moving to Nashville, Tennessee, he started an effects unit business (Buy Vintage Pedals) with his brother Casey, and in 2017, he released his sophomore full-length, Tried and True. ~ James Christopher Monger
