La Naranja China

La Naranja China are a Spanish power pop project created by German-born multi-instrumentalist Alex Olmedo, who became involved in the Spanish rock scene in the early '90s while leading a band called Los Tonicos. He later recorded the album Sonidos de Delirio under the name of Banana Slip, featuring the title of Alejandro Amenabar's movie Yo Mismo. La Naranja China debuted in 2000 with a self-titled album, released by the independent label Cuatro Gatos Records.
