About Shermanology

The 2009-formed brother-sister tech-house duo draw inspiration from Motown, U.K. garage, and a Dutch Caribbean island upbringing. The pair guested with Fedde Le Grand and Funkerman on the 2008 single "3 Minutes to Midnight," bringing them precious exposure. As Shermanology, they enjoyed a 2009 Belgian Dance Chart hit, "Automatic," and were featured on Tom Hangs' Dutch hit "Blessed" before "Can't Stop Me" -- a joint single with Afrojack -- reached the Top Ten in 2010. In 2015, their debut EP, The Phylosophy, was released and they closed the decade with "Move Out of My Way," a hard-hitting retro house single which nodded to the future direction of the band. Two Shermanology EPs were issued in 2020 -- Soldier March and Bob Bini -- the latter of which gained mainstream U.K. airplay, before 2031 and Calle arrived in 2021.
