About The Fuzz
This Washington, D.C.-based trio, who originally were called the Passionettes, got off to a strong start on Calla in 1971 with the single "I Love You for All Seasons." It was written by their lead singer, Seila Young, who teamed with Barbara Gilliam and Val Williams. The sentimental number was their only Top 10 hit. The followup reached number 14, but the third single didn't fare as well, and the trio disbanded shortly afterward. ~ Ron Wynn
