What it isn't a religious work, although people of different religions read and understand it. What it is a spiritual passage to hook your mind and engage your body to 'get a deepening in the spirit and enlighten your soul'. Through stories, formed by a composite of the ones I've counseled, with their names, gender and case histories changed, I demonstrate how ownership of money, appetites, and playing god accelerates the opening of a spiritual heart center.
