A New Experience
I have read dozens of Nora Roberts books and I've loved everyone of them! Chasing Fire was a very interesting book for me because not only did it have the romance that I love but there was also the intrigue and the mystery but especially the detail about what firefighters go through on a daily basis. It gives you a true down to the roots appreciation for what these folks do. A great book! Loved it.

Story of truly heroic crews fighting to preserve our natural wonders. Reinforced my decision, after fighting one fire, to remain a timber beast in working the woods in my college summers, and then joining the Air Force.
