How can this have a rating before it's released???
Look, I'm as eager as anyone for this to be released. However, rating the book before then is not only stupid, it's misleading.
Apple really needs to overhaul this system and limit reviews and ratings to people who have, you know, ACTUALLY PURCHASED AND READ THE DARNED BOOK!
In some kind of quixotic effort at limiting the damage, I'm going to give this book a 5 star rating, just to offset at least one premature and low rating.

This is a master stroke in story development and the evolution of Harry Dresden. Harry is my hero! This is compelling and never let's you go. It's another one I'll enjoy rereading!

Unpredictable, engaging, and surprising. You generally don't know what's going to happen next, with surprise turns at every corner.
After 13 books, you are really invested in these characters, and you begin to feel when something happens to them.
Amazing storytelling, I think he's in a class of his own, no one comes close, even JK Rowling
