You will find strategies to reduce stress and anxiety, increase productivity, enhance decision-making, and strengthen how your brain works at every age. Helped me realize what I was reading wrong

I study a lot it helped me realize I need to let small amounts of information sink instead of just taking in gobs in info all at equal level changed my study habits however it needed to be more detailed on how to think will teach you valuable information on how to study more effectively and also avoid cognitive decline also scares people about traumatic brain injury and gives a little bit on finding effective treatment for it instead of seeing a psychiatrist who don’t really treat tbi

Highly recommended if you’re ready for a change

Remarkable book, I found ways to change my life by the second chapter. If you have ADD, or are wondering why you feel sluggish all the time, it’s from “infomania”, or information overload. Dr. Chapman teaches you how to rid your mind of irrelevant information that clogs getting to the important stuff.

Absolutely amazing, and to think I found this book by accident while surfing online.
