Reminds me of home!
Wonderful cookbook and photos. The photo of the perfect plate of steamers was worth the price alone. I wanted to buy a plane ticket and fly home to New England immediately and eat some clams...on The Vineyard! And who has not wanted to know how to properly prepare squid? I love teaching cookbooks.Great book and on the iPad the photos make it so you can almost smell the salt air.
