Mastering your thoughts.
If you don’t control what you think, you can’t control what you do... Shea’s Internal Dialogue concept is a great tool to allow “you” to shape each moment. Great book.
Excellent! My Personal Favorite
Since reading Lone Survivor 10 years ago, I became fascinated by the SEALs as well as America’s other Special Operations Forces. The SEALs stand out to me because of what it takes to earn the Trident. Not only must they get through months worth of nearly non-stop physical evolutions, but they also must endure being on the edge of hypothermia nearly the entire time.
UNBREAKABLE is about Thom’s life as an adventure racer and US Navy SEAL, and it is written as a memoir to his children. Not only does he take you through battles that he fought in Afghanistan, but he also sets a list of challenges that he expects his kids to go through that will allow them to reach their full potential. After reading Thom’s book multiple times, I became a client. I highly recommend this book as it will teach you new things about yourself that you did not already know. UNBREAKABLE is my personal favorite.
