This book is fantastic! I have completely worn out the binding on my paper copy and its hard to find in print.
Its given us a number of recipe staples, the most significant being the 'Lentil Shepards Pie", which everyone in the family enjoys on holidays- including all the meat eaters in the family. The French Bread is also perfect. I recommend this to anyone looking for great recipes!
