Basic information
I am starting to delve further into bio-identicals and have found this book to be great. I will now purchase both "what your doc may not tell you" books for further research.
I have used progesterone cream for two weeks. I feel as if there truly is hope. My brain has returned to its sharpness, my sex drive is returning and my elevated appetite is calming down. I've even dropped a couple of pounds. The biggest difference that happened so quickly was my "meno-pot" has flattened out again.
Very grateful for these books!
