The coconut diet
I was guided to this book after searching the net for natural alzheimer treatments. I love reading the testimonials and have begun to incorporate coconut oil daily into my diet, however, I did not not start the diet in a responsible way. I still love gathering information by browsing the book and now realize I must find a friend to work with me on establishing an on going eating plan.
I'm frustrated. I still want to feel great, loose 20 lbs, and discontinue cholesterol and HBP meds.
