Very helpful

I read and completed this 3-day cleanse. Having done longer, more strict cleanses in my past, I found this one to be quite pleasant. Very doable and the type of cleanse I plan to repeat regularly. Great recipes, great information. Thumbs up from me!

Not worth it

If you are looking for a way to do the Blueprint cleanse at home, and you thought you'd find the recipes for the juices here, think again. There are recipes, yes, but not the exact Blueprint juices you would order. Granted, they don't seem to hard to come up with on your own, but you'd think that if they are marketing the bottled cleanse to people too busy to make their own, who want the convenience of bottled juices, that there wouldn't be a problem printing the recipes in their book.
Pretty much everything in here is info you can find online.
Disappointed.
